*A note for boaters: The property does have a dock that can accomodate 2 boats up to 28ft in length. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a boat! Boat docking on the proprerty is free, however we do NOT have room for trailer parking. There are a few spots locally where you can park your trailer (for a small fee) and launch your boat.

Also, please be advised that the waterways behind Matlacha Tiny Village have changed following Hurricane Ian in 2022. Shallow waters and tight canals do make it challenging (not impossible!) to navigate. We have had plenty of guests bring their boats, but most certainly want to make any boating guests aware of what they may encounter. As always, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
