Important Note for Boaters

We welcome boaters and are happy to offer free dock use during your stay. Our dock accommodates two boats up to 28 feet in length.

Please note:

Trailer parking is not available on-site, but options are available at local marinas, D&D Bait & Tackle, or Matlacha Community Park.
The waterways around Matlacha have changed since Hurricane Ian (2022). Channels can be shallow, winding, and tight, especially at low tide.
Experienced boaters typically have no issues, but we want all guests to be aware of possible challenges.
If you plan to bring your boat, please notify us in advance—we’re happy to help answer questions and guide you to launch/parking options.

Pet-Friendly Stays

We’re happy to welcome small pets!

Pet Policy:

Up to two pets, each under 25 lbs
$75 one-time pet cleaning fee (in addition to standard cleaning fee)
Guests must notify us in advance

Service animals are always welcome—please inform us prior to arrival so we can prepare accordingly

We ask that pets remain off the furniture and that pet owners clean up after their furry friends to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
